Use three separate size records in your RFQ
When preparing a request for quotation for a folding container house, record the external dimensions, internal dimensions and folded dimensions separately. The Glorich House product page lists a different reference for each of these measurements. Label the state of the house as well as the length, width and height, so the same figures are not used for different project questions.
The figures below reproduce the current website reference. Ask for a drawing and a configuration confirmation for the unit you intend to order rather than assuming that one reference describes every project option.
External dimensions: the outside size reference
The published external dimensions are 5800 × 2500 × 2560 mm. Include this reference in the RFQ as external size, with the dimension order stated explicitly.
For site planning, ask the supplier to confirm the dimensions on the proposed drawing and identify any additional clearance or project-specific requirements. A listed outside size alone should not be treated as a complete foundation or site-layout design.
Internal dimensions: the room-size reference
The published internal dimensions are 5700 × 2400 × 2380 mm. Use this entry when discussing the proposed interior arrangement, and keep it separate from the outside dimensions.
Attach your intended layout to the inquiry and identify the equipment, furniture or partitions you want to include. Request confirmation of the finished clearances in the quoted configuration. The internal size reference does not, by itself, confirm that a particular room arrangement will meet your requirements.
Folded dimensions: a separate transport-state reference
The published folded dimensions are 5800 × 2500 × 430 mm. In the inquiry, label these as folded dimensions rather than repeating them as the size of the house in use.
Ask for a packing and loading proposal for the actual order quantity. Keep packaging, handling and shipment questions in that proposal; the folded size on its own is not a guarantee of a particular container loading quantity or freight price.

Weight: keep the approximation visible
The product page lists a net weight of approximately 1200 kg. Preserve the word approximately when referring to this published value. Ask the supplier to confirm the weight of the selected configuration and the shipping information needed for the order.
A useful RFQ puts the outside size, inside size, folded size and reference weight in separate fields, alongside your quantity, intended use, destination and requested layout. This gives both parties a clear set of questions to resolve before the final specification is agreed.
